Bilstar prides itself on a conscientious and professional R&D team. There are more than fifty technical experts, designers and engineers on staff, including three doctorates and seven with master degrees. Projects can be initiated by a customer in addition to our own product development cycle. On average we release a new product every three months. We stress creativity, product trending, product functionality, product quality, new materials' usage and environment protection.
